I personally wouldn't say that I require a lot of space. I don't hoard things and I'm pretty minimal with my purchases. Tiny Houses have always caught my interest, but I didn't like the idea of them because all of the ones I saw were mobile. I recently stumbled upon Tumbleweed Tiny Cottages and I love the layout of this one. It is called the Whidbey plan. The pictures shown above are from At Home Arkansas. Her style is amazing which doesn't hurt! At just 557 sq. ft, could you live in a tiny house? What do we have that we really need? I love the idea of a tiny house because living in one would force you to answer that question constantly. I am looking into building one of these!

COLOR CRUSH {MAGENTA}
Thursday, January 8, 2015
I have always been obsessed with color. I thought by the time I was old enough to own a home I would be kind of be "over" wanting everything in bright colors. I am in some ways, my style is definitely more refined, but I still am so drawn to bright. So I decided to make a series called color crush, to show how you can use bright colors in unexpected ways. I absolutely LOVE magenta. I think these are four awesome examples of how you can use magenta in & outside of your home and have it still look very clean and mature. A bright couch, a patterned rug, simple organization boxes, or a wall by your pool.

RAD OR BAD? {PAINTED FLOORS}
Tuesday, August 27, 2013
I love me some wood floors. No vacuuming and so pretty. Lately I've been seeing more and more painted wood floors and I am really digging it. I have always loved bold pops of color and I think it's just a great way to add that if you want to keep your walls simple white. I even love the white floors with white walls though, so chic. As much as I love it, I'm not sure how well it would really wear or better yet wash. Oh, being practical! So overrated. What do you think, rad or just plain old bad?
